Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Carrier
Ensure the product is free of pet hair, odors, and debris, and place it back in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
